- General
Your personal particulars (e.g. title, name, address, email address, telephone number, bank connection, credit card number) are processed by us in accordance with the provisions of the German data protection regulations. The following regulations inform you about the type, extent and purpose of the elicitation, processing and utilisation of personal data.
- Automatic data acquisition
For technical reasons, the following data, which is transmitted to us by your Internet browser, is collected:

- operating system
- referrer website (referrer URL)
- the website you are visiting
- date and time of your access
- your Internet protocol (IP) address
This anonymous data is stored separately from any person-related data you possibly provided and, therefore, does not make it possible to draw conclusions about any particular person. It is analysed for statistical purposes in order to make it possible for us to optimise our Internet appearance and offers. After the analysis, this data is deleted.
- Master data
- Your person-related data, as far as it is required for the rationale, contentual arrangement or change of contractual relationship (master data), is used exclusively for the implementation of the contract. For example, in order for a delivery to ensue, your name and address needs to be passed on to the deliverer of the goods. This data is protected by us and our carefully selected partners (in accordance with §11 of the German Data Protection Act) by means of technical and organisational measures in accordance with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act. Without your express consent or a statutory basis, your person-related data will not be passed on to any third parties not involved in the implementation of the contract.
- We will only use your data for marketing purposes if you have been informed, in detail and in advance, of the intended purpose and explicitly consented to this. This consent for data utilisation can be revoked by you at any time - in person, by telephone, by mail or by email.
- All transmissions of person-related data, such as, for example, the recordal of contact data and payment information, ensues via HTTPS in encoded form in order to protect your data against any misuse by third parties.
- If instructed to do so by the respective authorities, we may, in individual cases, disclose master data for the purposes of criminal prosecution, danger aversion by the state police authorities, compliance with the statutory obligations of the federal and state authorities for constitution protection, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
- Informations about cookies
- So-called cookies are used for the purpose of recognising a user returning to an offer he has previously accessed. Cookies are small text files, which your Internet browser stores on your computer. Once you call up our page again, this cookie provides information for automatic recognition. This recognition ensues as a result of your session data stored in the cookie.
