Reclamations
In exceptionally rare cases, a production or quality error could possibly occur. Please be ensured: any defective products will be immediately replaced.
We will, of course, also assume all postage costs incurred for return consignments due to defects.
However, we have one request: please always frank the consignment you are returning to us. We will immediately reimburse you the postage fees. In this way, we can save the expensive surcharges and maintain our prices.
Before sending us the goods, please contact us by email, providing the order number and specification of the defect. Send your emails to > info@berlinbag.com.
We will then contact you to remove the defect as quickly as possible.
Right of revocation
A right of revocation does not exist for distance selling contracts for goods manufactured in accordance with customer specifications. The following right of revocation applies for all other goods and services:

You can revoke your contractual assertion within two weeks, without needing to supply any reasons for this. This can be done in writing (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the goods. The respite period begins with the receipt of this declaration. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is deemed sufficient for the adherence to the revocation period. Consequences of a revocation
In case of an effective revocation, the performances of both parties must be returned along with possible benefits incurred through their utilisation (e.g. interest). If you cannot return the performance in full or in part or only in a deteriorated state, you must possibly pay a compensation for the reduction in value. This does not apply if the deterioration is solely due to the quality control of the goods - as would have been possible for you in the shop. Furthermore, the compensation for the reduction in value can be avoided if you do not treat the respective item as your property and refrain from anything reducing its value. Goods which can be sent by post can be returned to us in this way. You are liable to pay the costs of the return consignment if the supplied goods correspond to the order you placed and if the price of the item in the return consignment does not exceed the amount of EUR 40 or if, in case of a higher price, you have not yet, at the time of revocation, made the performance or partial payment forming part of your contractual obligations. Otherwise, the return consignment is free of charge. Items which cannot be posted will be collected from you. Obligations for reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled by you within 30 days of sending your revocation. |
